Oh crappity crap..

Jumped on the scales to fully assess the damage. I knew it would be bad, but yikes.

11st 6.5lb. 160.5lb. A gain of 12.5lbs!!

OK, lots and lots of water and moving and fresh foods. Going to zap this wheaty bulge back off pronto.


  1. Yikes! Is that even possible? Are you sure those scales aren't just having a REALLY bad day??

    At least you know the culprit and can get back on track :) You're doing so well, and look absolutely FAB!

  2. Wow, that's a lot of weight in one go... I'm sure it can only be water though, right? Good luck getting it back off, I'm sure you'll manage now you've identified the evil-doer :-)

  3. You just have to believe that what went on that fast (and boy was that fast!) will come off equally fast. It will, given the fighter that you are. Definitely drink oodles of liquid, and fingers crossed that there are no more sneaky wheat traps for you. I can never understand why manufacturers change the recipes of foods we already like as they are. It's never an improvement.

  4. Are you sure you didn't weigh in carrying a bag of golf clubs?
