A week back on it - week 129

Calorie counting that is. Have stuck to 1200-1500 a day, depending on how hungry I am (activity levels and amount twins are nursing makes a big difference, who knew?)

200lbs - down 11lbs this week
down 32lbs total
BMI - 34.9
14 weeks until the wedding

I've cut back on wheat, but not eliminated it, haven't really exercised aside from walking, and haven't been keeping properly hydrated.

So an 11lb loss is pretty fab.

Going to make the focus this week on getting 8 glasses of water a day in, alongside continuing to track.

MIA, wonder why *eyeroll*

Yes, I messed up. As of a week ago I'd regained back to 211lbs (just over 15stone) I have spent a week back tracking, calories, and feel loads better already.

Weighing in at home of a Saturday, I have 14 weeks until my sisters wedding. Hoping to lose 2-3lbs a week.

week 128 - foolish fortnight

211lbs - up 10lbs this week

15 weeks until the wedding



A week of following weightwatchers propoints *but* eating wheat, and then another week of sulking at the result.
I don't get propoints, they really haven't allowed for people who eat low carb anyway. They need to factor in calories somewhere in the calculating I think.

Went shopping and for lunch on Oxford Street with my sister on Thursday, and felt horridly bloated after eating. Enough is enough.
