Wahey!

Spent the day at my mother in laws' yesterday, after it rained so hard we decided against chugging up the motorway. She did offer me many naughty foods, but thankfully my head is screwed firmly back on and I simply wasn't interested (yay)! Went to weigh in today, despite the horrid rain, and was very pleased to see 14stone 11lb on the scale. I've got well into that next stone bracket, and it feels so good to be back in control before things went spiralling up again.

Not the 199 I wanted for my birthday, but it's a whole halfway closer than it was last week! If I can lose just over 2lbs a week now for the next 14 weeks, I'll hit my New Year target anyway, which would be AMAZING. (To get to 175lbs/overweight BMI rather than obese). I'm wanting 3.5lbs this week though, get me down to a BMI of under 35. Meeting today would have been on activity, but my leader was poorly :( - still, meant I got to get to the gym for a workout. Pushed hard again today and feel really pleased with myself.

Strained, legs are strained. But getting stronger, and I feel so good seeing those distances/weights go up. It's good.

Beavers tonight, we're doing healthy eating - I'm cooking omlettes with 20 6/7 year olds. Like 3 weeks of making breakfast packed into one hour ^_^
