Woke up late, almost 8am, and felt EXCITED for Monday. How odd is that?
Knew that it was almost certain I'd hit 50lb off today (although my top weight on my weightwatchers card is 3lbs lighter) and really just wanted it done already!

We went over the New Approach briefly, it's coming in 'properly' in the New Year. Sounds really good though, and is along the lines of the kind of things I spent time setting up for myself in August, before starting back tracking properly.
Spent an hour making Christingles before heading to the gym. Made myself run on the treadmill, and managed 14 minutes running (and then another 4) to complete week 5 day 1 ^_^
