December check in, and 50lbs off ^_^

Time for another of these 'health check' moments..

I can see it there, I think, the difference. When I look at myself, I do still see the big flab belly of 234lbs. Looking at these side by side, I can see that yes, there's still a lot of fat left sat there, but I believe now that I am getting it moving.
